  • Our global team of approximately 660 employees represents a rich diversity of cultures and backgrounds. Our staff includes; Gender Diversity: 56% female, 41% male, and 3% non-binary, with gender parity in leadership as female and male leaders each hold 5 of the 10 executive positions on the group leadership team. Geographical Diversity: Our team includes citizens from 11 countries, including Singapore, China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Ireland, Hungary, South Korea, Thailand, India, and the Philippines.
  • Ethnic Diversity: Our team represents over 25 ethnic groups, including Han Chinese, Caucasian, African American, Asian American, Middle Eastern, and many others.Linguistic Expertise: We have part-time and freelance staff with proficiency in 130 languages, serving clients across 260 regions.
  • Inclusion of Individuals with Disabilities: 5% of our staff members are individuals with disabilities.
